In our Basic cake decorating class, you learn how to fill, level and decorate cakes with both buttercream and fondant, learn how to fill and decorate cupcakes...etc

In our Advanced cake decorating class, you learn how to stack, pipe and use damask stencil on wedding cakes...etc

In our Dessert class, you learn how to make Icecream, Icecream Sundaes, Icecream cake, chocolate mousse,Dessert cups....etc

In our small chops/ snacks class, you learn how to make meatpie, cake doughnut, samosa....etc
